Gallery BRATISLAVA

Andrej Smolak Gallery started its activities in Bratislava in 1998. In cooperation with MIRO Gallery several exhibitions of world classics like Pablo Picasso, Salvador Dalí, Joan Miró, Auguste Rodin and Andy Warhol have been realised, as well asexhibitions of Slovak artists like Tibor Bartfay William Schiffer, Theodor Mousson and others.

At present we realise exhibitions of local and foreign authors, we sell and rent out paintings, we have more than 500 paintings in the deposits of the gallery. We also mediate sale of privately owned paintings and offer portraits made to order. We organize drawing and painting courses for all age categories.

Gallery SNINA

Andrej Smolak Gallery started its activities in Snina in 1993 as affiliated branch of the MIRO Gallery. Apart from contemporary Slovak and foreign authors, we exhibited art works of Slovak classics like Martin Benka, ĽudovítFulla, Miloš A. Bazovský, Peter J. Kern, Cyprián Majerník, William Schiffer, Theodor Mousson, as well as world-known artists like Jurij Gorbačov, Christo and John Lenon.

The gallery has two exhibition facilities in Snina, one in the centre of the town at Strojárska Street and the other one at the Fine Art Centre at Česká Street. We organize exhibitions, carry out sale of paintings of both local and foreign artists, realize international fine art festivals and implement fine art projects sponsored from EU Funds. We also organize drawing and painting courses, creative stays for local and foreign students and artists. We run a Fine Art Centre and Private Elementary Art School. We rent out suites.
